The facility layout was adapted for metal stamping and processing, die casting, powder coating, and component assembly. Production was integrated with warehouse and distribution functions within a single facility.

Southco has established its first production facility in Poland in Tajęcina, integrating manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution functions. The facility is equipped to handle both core production processes and the development of future technologies as the company continues to grow in Europe.
