The new plant in Zielona Góra was IDEAL Automotive's first investment in Poland. The factory increased the company's production capacity and strengthened its service to the European automotive market.

The Zielona Góra facility is equipped with one of the largest sets of injection molding machines in Europe. The injection molding technology has been integrated with the hall layout and technical facilities to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
The project included:
injection molding technology
extensive machine park with injection molding machines
technological and compressed air installations
technical facilities adapted to production processes
The project combined demanding production technology with warehouse functions, technical facilities, and office and staff areas. The layout of the facility was designed to support automotive component production processes, including injection moulding technology and the operation of an extensive machine park.
