As the company grew, the existing space was no longer sufficient, so a new facility was built in 2019, allowing for an increase in production scale while maintaining operations in the same region

The project included:

production and warehouse area of over 9,000 m²

office and staff facilities with an area of approx. 2,300 m²

technical and road infrastructure serving the facility

layout adapted for the production of home appliance and automotive components

The project combined production and warehousing functions with extensive office and staff facilities, as well as infrastructure tailored to ELTEK's technological operations. The facility's layout was designed for the production of components for two demanding sectors: home appliances and automotive.
