Construction is under way…
In Żerniki, Poznań’s suburb, a giant storage and supply center for DHL Supply Chain is being built. Zalando is the first rentier of the BTS object with the footage of approximately 105 000 m2. Logistical operations will be realized on multiple European markets – including the Polish and German.
The investment was granted environmental certificate BREEAM on the “Excellent” level.
The object will be finished in 2021 and will provide jobs for over 800 people.
