We specialize in the design of industrial and office buildings, taking on ambitious challenges across a wide range of sectors – from complex industrial facilities, through distribution centers and logistics facilities, to office buildings. To date, we have designed over 10,000,000 m² of this type of space.

Our Team
consists of over 100 people, including architects, BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators, investment process designers, creative designers, administrative procedures assistants, environmental specialists, and administrative staff.
Our team is organized across offices in Poznań, Kraków, Gdańsk, and Wrocław.
Each project team is supported by:
a BIM and creative team,
an investment process team,
environmental specialists,
administrative procedures assistants.
Thanks to this structure, we are able to deliver multiple projects in parallel and continuously adapt our activities to the changing realities of the business environment.
OFFER
Pre-investment analyses and investment preparation:
including environmental and urban planning assessments, as well as obtaining the required permits (building permits, water law permits, sector-specific decisions)
Architectural design:
development of concepts, building permit designs and detailed design documentation, including material selection, spatial organization, and integration of ergonomic, energy-efficient and sustainable solutions (e.g. BREEAM certification)
Engineering design:
delivery of designs for technical installations such as water and sewage systems, HVAC, electrical and road infrastructure – in full coordination with the architectural and technical disciplines
BIM coordination and project team management:
dedicated BIM specialists, including BIM Managers and Coordinators, ensure data integration, efficient interdisciplinary communication, and digital management of the building life cycle
Support during the construction phase:
preparation of tender documentation and specifications, participation in negotiations with contractors, and author’s supervision during construction
