September training and integration trip to Öland

Although the weather was not spoiling and rain accompanied us for most of the time, the September trip to Olandia was full of energy, inspiration and fun.

During the training, we gained new knowledge, exchanged experiences and ideas that will certainly bear fruit in our team's daily work. It was also a great time to strengthen bonds and get to know each other better - after all, a harmonious team is the basis for success! 

There were also moments for relaxation and integration. The charming surroundings of Olandia, despite the cloudy skies, added to the atmosphere of our conversations over coffee, and the joint indoor activities brought lots of laughter. 

Each trip is an opportunity not only to improve our skills, but also to strengthen relationships and recharge our batteries for the next challenges.
