Project by TFK is being realized in Hungary
West of Budapest in the town of Maglód an investment according to a project by TFK for the development group HelloParks is under way, which has the footage of 167 230 m² for a storage center with all the necessary infrastructure.
One of the main functions of the storage building is supplementing social, office, technical and auxiliary spaces, which are necessary for the functioning of the object.
The building is equipped with 43 dock gates and 9 drive-in gates.
The foootage of the building is 46 339 m².
On the investment terrain a concierge for the purpose of handling of the main enterace is located alongside with a pumping station, emergency water tank, parking for 157 passenger vehicle, 20 trucks, 5 charging stations for electric cars and a shed for 24 bikes.
